We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gloria Sarkodie-Addo as Managing Director of NeuroVoc Africa Ltd., Ghana’s first culturally adaptive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) company, offering specialized Psychosocial Rehabilitation services.
Gloria brings over 20 years of extensive professional experience spanning community mental health, clinical practice, counseling psychology, rehabilitation, and mental health advocacy. She is an award-winning Counseling Psychologist, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and mental health researcher, widely recognized for her work in advancing accessible, person-centred, and culturally responsive mental health services in Ghana.
Beyond clinical excellence, Gloria is the Founder of Soft Life Ghana, an NGO dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations, including children living with parents with mental illness. Her leadership experience cuts across public health systems, faith-based and community settings, NGOs, and corporate environments, positioning her uniquely to bridge clinical expertise with organizational mental wellness needs.
As Managing Director, Gloria will provide strategic leadership to scale NeuroVoc Africa’s impact, strengthen partnerships locally and globally, and deliver evidence-based, culturally grounded mental health solutions that support employee wellbeing, productivity, and organizational sustainability—while aligning with international best practices.
Her vision strongly aligns with NeuroVoc Africa’s mission to make workplace mental health care accessible, preventive, and culturally relevant for Africa’s evolving workforce. Under her leadership, NeuroVoc Africa is well-positioned to deepen its influence in corporate wellness, rehabilitation services, and employee support systems across Ghana and beyond.
