Hi, I’m Nardine! I’m the Client Intake & Case Management Officer/Subject Matter Expert at NeroVoc Africa, where we’re revolutionizing mental health support across African workplaces.
With my background in psychology, I wear many hats – I’m a coach, mentor, and writer who’s passionate about empowering young people and professionals to reach their full potential.
My career spans multiple areas of human services, beginning with Human Resources work at Insurance Links and expanding into welfare services and counseling at GHAPOHA’s Welfare department. I have also contributed to public health research through data collection work with the University of Ghana’s School of Public Health and gained valuable experience working with adolescents at CounselSmart. Through volunteer work, I have had the privilege of supporting children and teenagers, sharing uplifting stories, and providing companionship to elderly patients, experiences that have deepened my commitment to helping others across all life stages.
What drives me? I believe deeply in the transformative power of positive energy. Every day, I work to create nurturing spaces where people can flourish, building self-confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
